The MiniMax 3D printed yacht
We are the approved printer in the UK for the MiniMax yacht.
This excellent radio controlled yacht was designed by Brett McCormack for 3D Printing - https://castlerock.bigcartel.com. After the printing files were released by Brett it became obvious that there are a number of people wanting a MiniMax without access to a 3D printer.
As the official MiniMax printer for the UK we offer a range of kits and accessories. All our prices are transparent and include tracked postage to the UK.
Please note:
In order to provide you with a MiniMax kit or accessories you must have bought a licence or kit from https://castlerock.bigcartel.com
The kits do not include the 12mm stainless steel round bar required for the keel or any electronics, servos, batteries, receiver or transmitter

The MiniMax is available with 3 kit options.
- Printed Parts Only for £32
- Full kit with A rig for £52

MiniMax extras
In addition to offering Minimax yacht kits we currently also offer
- MiniMax B Rig
- MiniMax Sticker pack for £5..50 A minimum of £2 from each sticker pack sale will be donated to the RNLI.
- Replacement A or B sails in T40 Scrim
- Additional Dacron Deck Hatches
In addition we can supply any component of the MiniMax kit, so if you've lost or broken a fitting, torn a sail or lost a rudder get in contact and we can sort replacements.
Ordering Process
We don't ask for payment before printing and packing an order. Once your order has been packed we'll request payment before shipment.
Due to the nature of producing bespoke 3D printed items to order we do not currently offer online ordering and payment. For all enquiries and to place orders please email neil@models3d.co.uk
